ok I just moved to california.. Me and my brother just bought a 90 integra and have been car enthusiastics for over 10 years. my bro is a pro modifier (technician) but we were wondering what are the illegal car modifications in california?? PLEASE DON'T RACE ON STREETS PEOPLE!! (we're not street racers we usually go to tracks) Thank you for ur time!!
