2007 MTM Audi S4 Clubsport
General Information
Vehicle Type: 4-door wagon, modified car
Drivetrain
Configuration: Front Engine/AWD
Engine: Supercharged V8
Displacement: 4200 cc
Horsepower: 500 bhp
Transmission: 6-Speed Manual
With a broadened lead and comprehensive changes of the chassis frame and its geometry the S4 Clubsport belongs on the racetrack. The supercharged 4.2-liter V8 engine produces a strong 500 horsepower allowing the car to reach 60 mph in 4.3 seconds and on to a limited top speed of 186 mph. MTM taken weight off the car with lightweight axles, a carbon fiber hood, bumper, and front and rear spoilers. A stripped interior with Recaro racing bucket seats reduces the weight of the car even further, and a roll cage takes up much of the room where the rear seats used to be. Handling is improved with wider tires and a two-inch wider track. An adjustable suspension is complimented with an upgraded front sway bar. Massive brakes, 14.9 inches up front and 12.6 inches in the rear provides more than enough stopping power. Finally, power is improved with an MTM supercharger, air intake system, sport exhaust, and modified engine programming.
