i guess you're right, but its really not the way it was 2-3 years ago (probably even better before that but i dont know... too young) these days you come to a timmys on a firday night and you can drink coffee with a bunch of cops. I remember not too long ago when timmys parking lots everywhere were full of nice ass cars and everybody talking and having a blast, but i guess now thats all gone... :sadwavey:

Its not really gone, but the last 2 years have slowed down. Still nothing like the late 80s early 90s were like. I do really miss those days sometimes. 600+ cars at 7 and gateway or weston and finch. All dometics and most with big power.
The price tag is too high if you get busted for racing now. They still do it but not much is posted on public forums and one of the last things you want is a bunch of spectators following you.

hondas are the new street racing cars of choice. so the whole game has changed as a whole

yea but at least a couple of years ago we had parking lots full of civics and what-not but now theyre all full of crown vics and impalas.

9-10sec street cars still race all the time just like before....... You just need to know where to go.:smilie_da

races like that dont want some slow cars showing up to watch and wait out the whole scene

There is a forum for them but you have to be invited in by one of the mods.
