^^^They are going to sell it in 2009 its just this one is 001. Besides this car was announced the same day that a new law in US came out that all cars must have 35MPG average by 2012, and this vette gets around 15mpg or so its the last muscle for U.S. for a while.

Not all cars need to have 35mpg. The total amount of cars a manufacturer sells has to average 35mpg. eg. sell 1 corvette at 15 mpg and 10 economy cars at 40mpg = 37.7 average MPG. This is why North American manufactures are in trouble with all the pickup trucks they sell, pulling down their average mpg. |
it will be one of one, the color the car will be painted will not be put on another car from the factory... There was several buying points, that is a big one in it's own...
