I think he made an honest mistake and then realized it but just like ship captians police officers are not allowed to admit if they've made a mistake because they have to have all the answers even if they don't.

1 thing I dont get.. How was he able to record? Every video I ever see, they are hiding the camera, or the officer asks them to shut it off... And how can he walk back towards his car and tape it.. I dont get that part.

Hey now not all cops are bad i have a lot of friends that are cops.. he really could of wrote him up for that even though they are dot approved they do write on the warning on hoosiers website that they are not ment for street use most places wouldnt pull you over for somethin like that but he really could of written him a ticket for that. DOT is not all that matters.

Well if your on a public street its legal to record/ take pictures of anything.. so I don't think the cops could do crap its jsut for respect that the others turned theres off? I have no idea..

Its not somethin most cops would bust your balls about but i could see then hoosier tires, you can tell just by looking at them that they are for racing, still nothing to bust balls about.
