At the start the cop gave him a ticket and told him to expect his car be inspected by the authority due to his modifications.

Later in a traffic jam he comes across a chick about to give birth. He takes her into his car and rushes to the hospital.

While on the way there, that same police officer catches him driving dangerously and was about to pull him over. However, the driver explained that he is rushing to the hospital for the pregnant lady.

So, the police officer stepped in to open up the road for him. Once at the hospital, the pregnant chick said thank you and the police officer took back the ticket he issued before and told him to be a safer driver next time.
