I would imagine his tires were spinning... Look how much power it had. Plus, it looked like it was a little crooked when it was slightly ahead of him before it went out of sight.

that reminds me of the time when I was cruising with this guy in a supercharged ss camaro...we were riding side by side then all of a sudden I heard a loud whining sound and the next thing I knew he was 5 cars in front of me
