Thats funny cuz he has a rev limiter. Enough time to turn her off easy.

archemedes 05-01-2005 02:30 PM

2 bounces off the limiter can bend valves that takes under 1 second not to mention you have to think and when it happnes you don't have time to think (easy thing to do is kill the motor auto or manual)

NoRiceInside 05-01-2005 03:21 PM

grant did you sign that pole?

Its better than bounceing your F-body off a pole. I know you dont have time to think its reaction. Doesnt really matter anymore hes back n better than ever so f*ck it.

that all depends on what kind of damage you'd rather have to fix.

true. id rather fix no damage but i guess in grants case the bodywork was better than engine work and his car looks freaking amazing now, as for me if i had the choice id rather keep mine looking how it is and build a blown and juiced 383 LT1. :nana: :D

Mikerock 05-01-2005 11:17 PM

haha mother f***er. i can't argue with anyone beacuse everyone has all this fancy technology on their cars.

No Caleb, i didnt' sign it. Some tagger did sometime between taking that pic and hitting the pole. My signature looks nothing liek that.

I wish i could take it but first of all - it's not mine, and second it's still pretty stuck in there cause i tried to pull it out. Oh well.

Hoenstly, i didnt' have time to think. The thing was, I've goten her rear end loose before, we all have at one time or another. Easy to correct too, you get your foot off the gas, correct with the steering, and punch it to straighten out. The probelem being that as the rear was getting loose my foot wasnt' even on the pedal so my instincts to get off the accelerator wasnt' working. I wish i would have turned the car off, or at least hit the breaks but it all happened so quick... *sighs* But yes, like Jesse said, she's back, better than ever so f**k it.

Oh yah, my silly diagram.

camaro94 05-03-2005 02:19 AM

the diagram is actually very explanatory. Nice job on it ;)
