its a chemical reaction that can only be seen in darkness its a flouressent its caused buy refelecting moon rays

for those who were confused its glowing.

cool car, but the pictures are what it looks like if you leave the lights on for a few hours and then flip them off quick and start taking pictures. it will not look like that all night, probably not even for half an hour. lol
