Hit the drag strip
And I was dissapointed. I know there's a lot more left in it.
I was there from 10-4 today and got a grand total of 2 runs in thanks to rain sprinkles and connecting rods scattered across the track. I planned on dialing in the suspension and tuning the carb but didnt have the time. One guy who saw me run said it was really rich but I never got to play around with the jets. First run: Not enough wheelspin. Quick burnout, 1.5 turns preload driver's side, 1 turn pass. Launched at 2000 rpm and it hooked hard... bogged down. 60ft............2.075 330ft..........5.805 1/8mi.........8.873 1/8mph......80.96 1000ft........11.503 1/4mi.........13.724 1/4mph......100.95 2nd run: Too much wheelspin. Quick burnout 1.5/1 preload. Launched at 3000 and didnt stop spinning until it got sideways and I lifted. 60ft............2.942 330ft..........6.896 1/8mi.........10.006 1/8mph......80.19 1000ft........12.637 1/4mi.........14.867 1/4mph......101.61 Here's the 13.7. http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fu...deoid=20469040 |
