i think i know how that would work
you place a type of screen on top of the plate, once you introduce a current to the screen it becomes translucent or opaque so that you can't see or rather blur out the license plate ... so whos gunna make me one |
That is the sickest trick ever. Way better than a flip up plate. I want one!!
