it is illegal, it breaks many noise ordenances, not to mention if there is traffic nearby someone can get startled and crash. It's something people with the mentality of a 2 year old do

I still think its funny, half the reason is because he had the balls to do it, and get away with it for so long, then he gets pulled over and pulls the ultimate on the cop. I really wanted to know how bad he got ******.
