It's hard to express how good your Camaro looks.

What kind of engine do you have in it? I'd love to get a 1st gen and put an LS1 in it with a roots style supercharger.

It's 396 .The LS1 concept was actually discussed today with one of my friends ;)
My husband was going to build a 454 for it(before anybody asks,my husband did not build the car for me,I've had it longer than I've had him,lol :D )
but I'm not sure what we are going to do yet.
I think he wants to get one of his cars running/restored before he does anything for my car,plus I want to start working on the IROC I have now.

LOL,I think that might be one of the best compliments yet

If it already has a 396 and runs I'd start on the other cars before dropping all the money for a new engine.

but if you need a place for that 396 I could be talked into taking it

Why not just bore out the 396 instead of buying a new BBC? :confused:

it won't bore to 454 and the 396 is worth more than a 454 (I didn't say that really the 396 is worthless and should just be given to me :D )

lol. just make it a 402 or w/e and put a blower on it:)

Don't you just change the heads or something? I know in a 454 you can turn it into a 396 by using 396 heads or something. :confused:

different stroke heads do not make displacement

It's actually bored 60 over already :)

I think it will stay in there for awhile,so that other cars can get some well needed attention......but it's always nice to think about what could happen. ;)

Right now the IROC is being stored at a garage we rent,but it will be home soon,so I can start taking it apart and cleaning it up.
I'll take some pics,but it's not pretty.It is definately a project car.

i would deffinatly buy the 396 from you if you ever want to get rid of it.

that would make your car look like a pretzel :lolsign:
