New Strano bars front 35mm & rear 22mm swaybars, Pics !

I purchased a set of the STRANO front and rear swaybars and wanted to swap out my BMR bars. The STRANO bars come in a grey painted finish with all the hardware. I decided to do the bars in Performance Red (of course http://www.ws6zxr.com/images/smilies/smile.gif ) to match all the original stuff. I also tried the silver chrome finish for a few of the other pieces. Strano bars are hollow and weigh very little ! Front bar 35mm/hollow/14lbs and Rear bar 22mm/hollow/6lbs, total weight front & rear only 20lbs ! I just wanted to share the pics of the finished product after powdercoating (all powdercoating was done local in Dallas). I'm pretty sure the WS6 is gonna like the new bars, I've read numerous write-ups on the STRANO product and it has been very favorable.

Somebody buy my front BMR 32mm solid bar ! http://www.ws6zxr.com/images/smilies/smile.gif

****. so thats why stranos are so popular. theyre hollow!

well what are you asking for your front BMR swaybar? or is it offer only?

$155 plus shipping ( BMR 32mm bar new with shipping about $210). The bar is mint (RED 32mm), no rain or snow and is a 9.5 out of 10. It comes with the endlinks and hardware and virtually has no miles on the bar.

Looks great. I painted the Addco rear swaybar on my Beretta red too. The 26mm SOLID one... that slows me down 2 seconds in the quarter..

lol, i hope you were joking unless you meant .2

The bars are hollow so the 22mm will weigh alot less than a solid 26mm :) 26mm is too much rear bar for a 93-2002 F-body IMO

blue89vert 06-21-2006 07:37 PM

do you think woody meant to say .2 seconds though? I thought that hollow bars flexed easier. You probably know more than me though.

I'm sure he was joking ;)

lol, good one woody...

26mm is for the Beretta, I don't even know of a place that makes a 26mm rear bar for ANY f-body.

nice man i dont think i want solid says either

96SilverRam 06-22-2006 02:06 AM

I think the largest front & rear bars available for the 93-02 F-body's are 36.5mm front & 25.4mm rear.
