No it's oil and other fluids that came from the car.

i hope there ok, it looks like a pretty ign serious accident..wtf did they do???????? looks liek it was flipped or went right under a transport or sumtihng..

i saw alive, the cockpit looks in good order but they didn't get away without injuries that's for sure. I am having some trouble identifying how exactly they were hit... that's not the kind of accident you see everyday. Looks like something came right at them because the bumper .. aside from the bottom of it looks okay, must have had something to do with a very large vehicle

looks to me like they slid upside down for quite some time,that explains all the fluids coming outof the hood and bumper, i bet the mess where the guy is sweeping is where the car originally was

^ I agree, looks like he slid for a while on his top... front bumper didn't take much damage, only along the bottom. That's a weird one...

My theory , there is no skid/scrapemarks past where the guy is sweeping . So I think the car was coming down the other side ( same direction as the red stang) . Went up over the median thing , causing the low frt end and suspension damamge. Kinda barrel rolled causing the side panel damage , slid on its roof till it hit the curb where the stain is. Note the skid marks from the right frt tire as tow truck pulled it up the hill to where it is parked . And there is scrape marks on the pavement in frt of the car . I think it came from the other side of the road..77.
