Solution (56K no way)
 

I think I found the best solution to a tired IROC.

lower it
slap on a couple turbos and intercoolers
hook it up with awd
and add some nice wheels and brakes

Very nice, now put an intake, exhaust, more boast and bigger intercoolers and you can run some serious power.
