nah guys hes dead. a female passenger survived and is in stable condition tho. he was racing a Porsche when he lost control, went sideways and hit a pole, which tore the car in half. Should keep racing at the track if you cant do it properly on the street.

im surprised the girl even survived, they must have been going... im gussing 170mph+.

the word is a person with a porche who was drunk lost control and crashed into them.

ya i think an off duty police officer witnessed the ferrari spinning out of control "possibly from a collision." The porshe then drove off and was latter arested for vehicular manslanter while intoxicated and realeased on 1million dollar bail.
