Who cares when it spools or how hard you have to launch. I can GURANTEE that this car will destroy any car here from a roll, off the line, on the hwy...whatever you want.

OH and BTW....8500rpm isnt even close to the redilne....if you notice that dyno sheet is cutoff @ 8.5k...the car pulls all the way to 10,000 rpm....almost all 2L GT42R cars pull to at least 9K rpm, so really the power band is about 4 K rpm, wich is enough to haull anyones ass.

launching an AWD car anything over 3200 is brutal on the tranny. everyone knows the obvious 'hook-up' advantages to an awd car, that is why you don't have to launch them high.

Considering the ENORMOUS size of a GT42R, that thing spools surprisingly quick on that tiny engine.

But, those are pathetic number for that boost level and that turbo. That is a 1000-1300hp (depending on wheel trim) turbo.

Then again the drivetrain loss from an AWD setup, but this car is running FWD is it not? (didnt watch video)

Pathetic??? Sure Bud! 775whp plus drive train loss of a FWD is about 900Crank HP....integrate the AWD loss and its close to 1000HP! 39 psi of boost has been going on for some time now, so dont be suprised....there are cars (many of them) running 45-50 psi. For a 2L to make that kind of jam and the motor not even fully broken in...I say thats pretty en sick....3-4 more psi of boost and shes over the 800WHP mark wich is over the 1000crank mark. Non the less that thing hits like a sledge hammer when it comes on....

Chill, I wasnt saying the numbers themself are pathetic, that is pretty outstanding for a 4 cylinder.

But, that turbo should be making more power than that at those high high boost levels. I am actually VERY impressed the engine can handle that amount of boost.

Im chill bro! Just trying to emphasize that 775whp is nothing to laugh at...especially for 2L. 40 psi isnt uncommon these days.....its bieng done more and more as technology progresses. With all the new forging methods and materials that are comming out it will only get better. I think that (from what I hear) that EVO will be running even more boost like 45 or something in the near future.

The dyno was done with the rear drive shaft disconnected from what I can see, so the losses shouldnt be any higher than fwd... maybe 1-2% more at the most.

On routine I launch at atleast 6300 RPM. In a kill, 7000. Havent had any real problems that werent my fault so far..regardless Iam done with 4cyls and AWD. Charger SRT8 is my next head hunter. It'll be forsale shortly.
