UPDATE: Z06 at local track
 

This video is of a Z06 at the track that's about ten mins. from my house. This happened about 2.5 weeks ago.

Yea, if i was the vette owner, I would cut my losses and buy an 03 cobra. lol j/k mcgruff. No, i'd kick those guys asses. Thats just plain ignorant. $55,000 down the drain, and no insurance on that because it was at the track. Since we start relief funds for everything else, :rolleyes: we should start one for the poor vette owner. I would be heart-broken.

that sucks major ***, but did anyone else notice how incompetent the crew was at getting the fire out? First they stood around for a good 2 minutes watching the flames, then one guy finally rushes in with the extinguisher and gets the flames out, he starts walking back towards them and then another guy totally sprays him right in the face with the extinguisher, so then that guy's all off to the side rubbing his eyes and stuff

I know, that was hilarious. I've never seen a track crew so incompetent. I would never take my car to that track, because if it ever caught on fire, it would burn right to the ground. lol

He got lucky that his insurance is gonna pay for that.

If you watch the second video all the way, it explains WHY they waited to put out the fire, and that the insurance DID pay for it.

LoL I recongize the blue ZO6, as for the yellow ZO6 all I can say is ****, the whole intake was removed almost.
