Should I buy the following 92 BMW 325is 2door for 2300$

I got a Insurance quote of 220/month.
The mileage is 275K, till how much is it driveable ?
Should I buy it ? Or could I make a better deal

The car could be driven without changing anything ,i drive this car daily with no problems.It might need a rear driver side spring and a couple of signal light bulbs that are burned,so all in all it needs around 80$ worth of parts.
