buick section...cool..
 

just noticed the buick section...

i have a 83 regal limited for a project car... so far its 100% stock.. but plans are in the works for a GN clone w/ a sbc.. or even a bbc..

cars been in the family for ever...it was my dads.. the years ago he gave it to me..i just let it sit in the garage till this summer.. not sure on what to do..

these things are alot more unseen than other g's eh?.. im not gonna say rare but yea.. more cutty's out there than regals...even less than monte ss...

sounds like a cool project,i have always wanted an 80's regal(rwd) and plan was to build a sbc chevy with an ati procharger, anyways i would love to see pics.

ya i f i had some i'd post em... its burried now.. under lawn furniture and boxes.. its a 83 black w/ red pin stripe..rally wheels w/ burgandy bench 305/th350..basiclly the oldest man car ever...

would make a killer sleeper project...

the only thing I dont like about having a regal are when people say nice cutlass or nice monte.

well anythings possable .. i'll keep it in mind.. im gonna take it out this summer and use it... been away for probably 4 years .. bring it out stock and maybe get some stuff to work on for next winter. im just tired of seeing it sit...

im looking for some parts...if anybody knows of a turbo car part out...just body stuff... hood, front clip, trunkw/ spoiler, and maybe interior if its buckets..

right now im just trying to get my daily driver to work well... sbc s10.. all im doing is droping in a cam, non egr intake w/ 600 holly and a 8.5 posi.. its been a hand full in the snow we have here...

My suggestion is to use an L67 (GTP motor). Go to a Junkers and get one with 100,000km on it,

Twin or Single turbo that, with 1.9rockers or a mild cam. Done :smilie_da

(The Stock L67 bottom has taken several cars into the 9's and one is almost in the 8's runnin Twin Turbo's in a Grand Prix @ 24 PSI :) )
