Amp + subs

A friend is selling 2 12" pioneer subs 2yrs old and a rockford 301m amp for 250 is this a good deal.

If you give a little more details maybe we can get a better idea. As long as the subwoofers aren't blown and are in condition aswell as the amp then it seems decent if you are on a budget.
