Amp wiring problems!

Amp wiring problems!
I have an s13 240, the previous owner wiried up the car for sub and amp, but now with my head unit and amp and subs i cant seem to get the subs to work. the amp has power, but its not giving any to the subs. ive changed the amp and sub twice now and still the same problem, also i thought the problem could be from the RCA wires so i changed them to still no power to the subs. Could this problem have someting to do with my head unit?

Agreed check the HU, the RCA outs may be blown. best way to check is with a voltmeter on the end of one of the RCAs to make sure that you are getting a signal. I have had Pioneer head units do this to me.
