cd player help

I have all the wires hooked up proplery it plays the radio but if i go to play a cd it plays but i dont hear any sound. I know its not the cd player because It works in another car. Any help please tell me thanks

Hmm, that doesn't make any sense. Was it dropped, when it was switched between cars? Or, if not, try running a new ground wire, to a point on the body. Sometimes factory grounds are insufficient for higher output headunits.

^^yea, check the ground, and double check the wire connections to the back of the unit and the the speakers/amps
