Feedback?

I was at an alignment shop last friday and the guy who was doing my car said he heard some "feedback" coming from my system, and he said something about the ground wire. What does this mean? Feedback is?

right now I have a 10" polk mm104 sub with a 350w alpine amp hooked to my stock HU.

Also this box is sliding around when I make turn how can I make it stable? I tried velcro but the adhesive just rips off the bottom of the box.

Thanks!
