What's the difference between the two? My friend is saying they are two completely different things...

The picture looks like they are the same thing, I dont see any extra reflectors on the PIAA "lamps".....

get the hid's!!

HIDS have ballasts 35watt or 55 watts and most are plug and play use alot less power and are hella bright depends on the temperature you use...
