how to install multiple car neon lights

hey I know some people think that these are for ricers but I dont care I think they can look clean. Im looking to install 6 lights, 2 under the dash, 2 in the rear seats and 2 in the trunk. they come with 2 in a package with a box where they are both hooked into and a cigarette lighter adapter, now how do I get all 6 of them hooked up too a switch. I know I have to somehow splice all the wires and run them too the switch but what do I run to the switch? I take a positive battery lead and run it to the positive terminal on the switch and than run all 6 positives on the lights to that and than run all the grounds too the switch and a wire from the switch to a ground? any help please

Pretty close. Run all ground to ground. Run all +12 to one side of your switch, and run your Batt or ACC to the other side of the switch, make sure your switch and wires can handel the current / wattage.

okay so I picked up my switch today, I was just messing around and hooked it up to my old amp connections as I dont have a system anymore, so what I did was ground to ground on my switch, wire from back of cd player to acc and it lit up, than I put the power from the neon light onto the power part of the switch and than ground from the light onto the ground of the switch it didnt work? I think im just doing it wrong

Do your neons have external transformers?

they came in package of twos, has 2 neons a box where they are both hooked into and than a wire from the box to the cigarette adapter which I will be cutting off

there is no "ground" on a switch. Its just a connection It looks like this:
" ___ \___" and it just opens and closes. So follow the instrustions that I wrote above and hook up the (-) of the lights to ground (all the lights) then hook up all the (+) off all the lights to one side of the switch, and (ACC) to the other side of the switch. (Well, just hook up one light first to make sure you did it right, then do the rest) Should look like this:

(ACC)________ \______(+)lights(-)______Ground
