Do you think that if i put 2 kicker L7 in my car would ot thump or is it not worth the money to even think about that? if not what would be worth it? :cool:

yea it would thump hard

don't buy marketing any decent set of 12's in the proper box will thump (don't buy a prefab piece of cardboard) I have not been impressed with the kickers sound (don't play low enough for subs to me) for about the same price you could get a set of eclipse that sound great, or the mtx thunder 9500 is a great sub pricey but they never had a blown one come back

Kicker can get loud and that is about it.

they have a transient of about 100 hz ( that's teh point they play teh loudest) wich does kickdrums ok (should be around 80 hz) that's why they work fine for heavy metal but suck for real bass

How much can you get 2 MTX 9500's for Arch?

It will be a lot I promise you, plus can you power those subs? :confused:

right now they are not available to me hopefully after thursday I will have them they are very territory protected and the rep is in meetings all week

I will take my JL anyday over any other sub i have ever heard.....just my opinion

the eclipse is the same sub for less money

Eclipse rocks too....whats it the equivalent to Arch? JL or MTX

eclipse comes off the same assembly line as jl audio *if you pull teh cone the stampings are even teh same)

Yet JL has what like a 150% to 200% markup?

You have not had the pleasure of listening to an RE based sub then. :)

well jl charges more from teh start they spent more in marketing
