Looking for fog lights Help!!

Im looking to put Yellow (exactly 3000 k Yellow Fog lights) on my mazda 3, Should i be looking for a Hid's or will normal halogen lights do?

also im am looking for a pic that I found on this website ( i think it was a civic cant be 100% tho) under a bridge at night with these Yellow fog lights.

Help! please! i'm looking to get these installed asap!

i have non-hid yellow fog lights and they look good IMO - also think its wast of money to put HID in fog's
