Need new speakers

I NEED new ones, the stockers in the doors are gone, so Im guessing the rest will soon follow. I dont want to spend alot of money, as I dont listen to music loud, nor do I have any intrest in a amp/sub or anything like that, it would be a waist to me. Just want some speakers I can put directly in place of the stock ones. I have the stock head unit and monsoon amp/system. RPO code shows I have 8 speaker audio. 2 in each door, 2 in the middle and 2 in teh back with spots for 2 more in back - this is just what I read online, I have no idea and dont know jack when I comes to stereos. Any help would be appreciated!

If you don't want to spend a lot why not call a couple junkyards and pick up the same ones out of a totaled car. That would work.

I took it to a local place today who does car audio (they are pretty much the only place to go around here for car audio) and they said I would need to get a new head unit and rewire the whole car, due to the fact that the monsoon speakers are 12ohm and all new speakers are 4ohm, and that it would ruin my radio or the monsoon amp or something. Whats the deal is this true? Why cant I just buy 12ohm speakers?

No one has any info? I just want to replace the stockers, no one with the monsoon has done that?

Go to Crutchield.com. They are expensive but you will be able to find anything and everything you need from them. I'm sure it'll be listed but if it's not just shoot them an email and they'll get back to you really fast. Then buy from someone else LOL
