recheck the wiring , there is probably a wire grounding out some where or maybe somethig is wired wrong. Make sure you replace the fuse with a fuse size that is reccomended by the manufactuer and do not put in a bigger fuse than reccomended. Did you add or do anything to the car before you started having the problems with the fuse?

Does the fuse blow only when you 'crank' the engine? Or does it happen as soon as the key is put in and turned the slightest bit? Knowing this will allow to you narrow down the circuit (the acc position., start position, run position, etc.) that has the bad ground (which is most likely the problem.) Remember, in each key position the car has different circuit's open and closed.

Also, it is possible that there is too much running off that circuit and therefore the fuse blows when it is 'closed'... has anything been added to the car and been wired in that would add an extra drain?

I'd suggest getting a shop manual, or looking online for an electric diagram showing how the car is wired so you can follow how the car gets power from what to where and you can then find where the problem is. The shop manuals are like $20 or less, I can't remember- its been so long since I've bought one.
