Possible paint cracking from system?

I have a convertible and well when the top goes down my trunk is sealed off. Of course that increases pressure inside the trunk and causes my trunk to vibrate really bad. After a prolonged exposures to this vibrating is it possible for the paint to crack or weaken?

Maybe a stupid question, but where exactly is the paint cracking?

it's more likely the paint is cracking from the stress of it being a convertable, you'd need one heck of a system to make enough flex to crack modern paint (my van you could watch the roof move up and down when first done and it never cracked)
