Power Antenna Making Noise

Hey I have a 2000 integra and my antenna started making a funny noise on the way up it does'nt need to be greased because i did it already just wanted to know if anybody has had this problem and if they did what did they do .

Could be the gearing mechanism that's going.. the sound you may be hearing could be the gears going crunch.
