problem with amp

wen i turn my car on the deck turns on and on the amp theres gauges they light up but the power light on the amp doesnt...i know i have power to the amp because i checked it with a check light...wat else could it be?

wat kinda amp is it? is it in protection mode? did u connect the rmt wire... did the amp ever work the way its setup

might be a cooked IC within the amp...take it to a shop & have it tested.
