regarding sub
I have never had a sub in a car (ford fusion) before, always had trucks or 4x4's and my sub has been in cabin. With placing a sub in trunk will it be muted to the driver and what would be better, a ported or sealed for sound quality.
Is it better to face the sub to the back of the rear seat or face towards the rear of the trunk? thanks |
in a truck you will feel the base more but this doesnt mean the base is muted to the driver in a trunck model you jus wont feel it as much. ported is better for a harder playing system but sealed is for more clarity. base always sounds better reflected so face it towards the trunk. if theres not enough base even with a ported box i recomend if u have rear deck speakers removing them so you get more base into the car.-broken silence-

re rear deck speaker removal
won't that leave a hole in the rear deck??
or holes.. that might not be good for my kids they might grab my beer from the trunk then no no:lol_hitti |
