Still need help for 12" vented enclosure
 

Hi guys I would still like some help on where to find software to build a enclosure for my 12" sub,, it is recommend a 1.3 cft, but I want more spl,, 350 rMS sub 400 rMs amp,,, what would be best ???? help please and thank you

Exactly which subwoofer are you using?

some off brand sub,,, it ain't no JL or anything,, but it is ok,,, I ran out of patience waiting for a reply so I end up building a 2.5 cubic foot box, with a 3" port about 4" long tuning it to 35 hz,, it I like it alot more then the spec sealed box I originally built sounds great,,, hip hop pounds, rock, so so,,, dance hits hard too,, so i am happy, thanks for the reply though, still any advice,,, it is a Nitro BMW sub,,,, 350 RMS high escursion

Right on, the only reason I ask is because certain subs have certain specs for enclosures, but if you've got it figured out, then good job! =)

well now that I have listened to it and pushed it and tested and tested, i peaked it too much I think, it isn't reallt set for normal listening, the bass is retarded, so I lower some levels on ym amp, and it is better, the SQ kinda chooses what track it decides it would like to be there. Usually more on higher volumes, wonder if maybe I hould of tuned the box down a lil more with the port,,,,

check the re audio websitee.. they got a reallie nice box designers in it
