Stock Deck and Subs?

Hi I was wondering if it is possible to run aftermarket subwoofers and amp to a stock OEM deck? The car in question is an 07 VW GTI, and i would like to run two 12" fosegates and a t1001bd but dont want to change the deck if i dont have to. Any input would greatly help. Thanks in advance

'07 GTI? Niiice.

Since it's a car focused for the younger crowd, they may include rca sub outputs already. But, if that's not the case you just need a hi/lo converter. It connects to your factory deck and gives you the rca outputs you need.

JL Audio Clean Sweep will allow you to run your factory deck with aftermarket subs and amps

if u can, try and buy a fosgate 3.sixty b/c with a line out converter, that amp is gonna sound like garbage compared to how it is supposed to sound. You will need a cap. Go for at least a 4 farad, or a 2nd battery is even better if you like to pump ur music. That amp is known to be power hungry.
