strobe light wiring ??

strobe light wiring ??
OK , i know they are poser, but i bought these strobe lights from wal-mart, they are the ones that go inside your headlight. All it is is the light..wires going from the light to a black box, and 2 wires coming out of that (black with white & black) Ther is also a switch with only 2 terminals, i tried so many different types of setups with the 12V and and i cant get it.....can anybody help me out with the wiring?!
We can help you out. The black wire with the whits stripe should be your positive lead and the solid black should be your ground.

So a 12V wire runs into the switch, and the lead wire come out? and ground to ground, i think i tried that
