system is FINISHED!!!!! mostly
well i got my stereo in and pretty much completed saturday night and today i reinstalled the rest of my interior and finished sound deadening a few things.
first of all...
sound deadening is absolutely incredible. every time i added a little more and put in a few more panels it just got so much quieter. now that i have some deadening on the back of the panels and the carpet and seats are all back in now..... its serisouly SO fricken quiet. my exhaust is almost unnoticable. i am so amazed by what this stuff has done for road noise and squeeks and rattles in the car.
2nd of all.... the new stereo is pretty fuggin rediculous. i need to build the new sub box still and possibly figure out a better way to mount the amps but for now it works. and man o man does this **** ****.
heres the lowdown...
-Panasonic CQ-C8401U MXE head unit....

this deck is pretty sweet, i havent messed with it too much but i love it so far.
-Orion Components in the front which came with the car
-MB Quart Coaxials in the back which came with the car
-2 12" Polk Momo subs 400 RMS each
-JBL BP1200 Mono Amp
-Pioneer 4 channel
the speakers are so much cleaner and crisp sounding compared to before with the Monsoon deck and amp.
The subs also are now at full power as opposed to before where i had a 500 watt amp running them.hehe
I got everything used except the speakers like i said and the sound deadening. In total i have about 900 bucks into it and it was well worth it. i love driving the car now, even tho it has snow dubs and its cold as hell out.lol

Loud and clean is an understatement. Its very tight and the subs slam, the kid in the back was ready to cry
