Urethane or Fiberglass Bodykit?

Which is better?I'm debating whether to get urethane or fiberglass.

of course urethane is better, that is why it cost more. it won't crack or break like the fiberglass one.

I own a race and performance shop here in Canada and we do alot of body kits. There is nothing I hate to see more than a customer who went on ebay and bought one of those fiberglass Vader/Invader body kits for $500.I have not seen one that has fit right, or that has not required major modification to make it fit right.I know that they guaranty fitment, but they know that when you are faced with hundreds of dollars in transport costs to return it, you will likely suck it up and modify it.Urethane is easier to heat and mould should it require small adjustments, but the best advice that I can give you is to either buy a quality kit or have a very good body shop.If you live in an area with poor roads like I do and wind up having to use fillers to form it properly, you will likely be very unhappy when the joints all break. If I knew the model of vehicle that you own, I would be able to recommend a good one.Personally, I would stay away from Fiberglass. And not to tar all fiberglass body kit makers with the same brush, but in my experience 90% of the fiberglass kits require major modifications to make them fit so you are really not saving any money.
