i think you should go with a better amp...

depends how much money u got to spend. if u buy a new amp, ull have to buy a better sub. or u can just buy a cheaper sub and hook it up to the amp u got.

this is the thing, all amp give off a different kinda of bass. some amps hit a lower bass note that other amps. some amp hit notes of 20hz when others can go as low as 5hz, the lower the hx the lower the bass. the kewood amp might be fine for you, but if u want alot of power then buy a new amp. but if ur happy with it then use it. my friend has 1000 RMS in his car but is too much so he lower the gain down to 25%, whats the point of that. so if ur happy with that much power use it, if your not happy and want more power get a bigger amp.....

Well the first questions i have for you are, what kind of music do you listen to (rap, hip hop, dance, rock, country)? How much space are you willing to sacrifice? What kind of car? If you have the amp, is it bridigebale (check the amp by where the speaker wires hook up, or in your manual)?
Now with the info you listed my guess would be a sub that is dual voice coil (either a dual 2 ohm that is 500 rms or dual 4 ohm that is 340 rms).
With out the above questions answered I can't help you any further.
Let me know
