Where to mount tweeters?
 

In the hear future I will be upgrading my front speakers. I'm gonna go with the 6.5" Type R Components. But I'm not sure where to mount the tweeters. I was thinking of mounting them there you operate the power windows and locks ect. B/c the don't have any of that stuff. What do you guys think? And if any1 has pics of that they did,that'd be great.

IMO move them around and see where they sound best. In the camaro I find that putting them on the triangle opposite the side mirrors doesnt sound that hot. On a few camaros I have flush mounted them near the actual speaker. In one car we pulled the dash out and flused em way far up in the front of the dash and it sounded amazing it imaged very well

the dash pads are easy as hell to work with in these cars, i would pull it out, drill some holes and mount those suckers up front near the glass like said.
