ebay sometimes seems hit or miss these days...man paypal is pure f***ery though. a guy bought a cellphone from me like a year and a half ago. I had listed the phone as brand new cuz the phone was never used. however calls were made to the phone and those calls were forwarded..anywaz..long story short..he files a complaint, we agree on a partial refund which I send him, he doesnt contact paypal to say the matter is resolved, so paypal shuts down my account and waits for me to deposit the full amount it was sold for so they can send it to the seller who i figured at this point was trying to get the phone and then get his loot back. So I call paypal and they say nothing can be done, I..yes I have to get this guy to write them saying it was resolved..so buddy disappears and my account was locked and then fully locked about a week ago and I appealed it and they finally restored my account...ah well.
