People think it's a chav-ish thing to do. I think it's a bit out of fashion and it's lately become associated with lower class, uneducated youths. This isn't to say everyone who does it is a total chav but that's the only reason I can think of why people would say it was 'bad' in any way.

depend on how its done if its tastfull im allfore it but in some states underlights are illigal but i dlont see y since people are morelikely to see you in the dark
