I've always liked the Xenon better personally....I think it'll look pimp on your car.

If for some reason he won't take it back, and you really want the WW, maybe I could buy the Xenon one from you. :D

This was Josh's email to me today....

I spoke with Erebuni directly about this problem. Apparently, they do not make the 181A style front cover anymore so they sent you the 341A replacement style instead. Neither my distributor nor myself were aware of this when the order was placed and did not know until today about the problem. My distributor said that if you do not want that cover, they would schedule a pickup and refund for your item. Let me know what you want to do and we will handle it ASAP.

Soooooo..... ive gone from pissed to just flat out depressed. NCamaro94 - I'm sure you're going to get screwed too. So idk what to do. I like the xenon piece, and apearantly NOone makes the one i want anymore... but at the same time i dont want to give in and let FTPP have thier way with me either. *sighs*

maybe also this is why on the fedex page it says 30lbs. which seems light, cause i've asked the weight before and it was around 40lbs. oh and just a rant to erebuni... why the fck would they just send replacements without telling any companies like everything is as planned, some company that is. This will probably make the 2nd time i've placed an order and not get the piece. I think i'll eat the cost and get it straight from WW. the bad thing also is that the xenon piece for my car looks like ****, hardly any difference. :banghead:

I agree, not to mention i can get the xenon one off ebay for about $50 cheeper anyday of the week. :(

"I COMPLETELY understand your frustration and if I were in your shoes, I would be very mad also. In my defense though, I ordered the item that you wanted from Erebuni and instead of them calling us and saying that the item was no longer available, they simply sent you the item that was available. I had no idea that it was no longer available or I would not have entered into the transaction with you in the first place. I will let our distributor know that you want a pickup slip processed and have them come by and get it from you. As soon as I get information about a pickup time, I will let you know. Also, we will be refunding your $265.00. If you can send me your telephone number, I can contact you by phone as soon as I know something more about pickup. I hope that this mishap doesn't keep us from doing business again in the future."

I have no problem whatsoever correcting this order. It is not the item ordered. He will not have to pay any money out of his pocket to ship it or anything, as he shouldn't. I am not in this business to rip anyone off and I know what is fair and what is not. Erebuni sent him the incorrect part and now it's time to correct the situation.

And to let everyone know, you will not be able to get the item from WW anymore either. It is also not offered. From what I understand, they have completely done away with this front lip.

Erebuni did not notify us in any way, shape or form that this item was not available anymore. It is still listed on their website and I received no phone call or E-mail that they were sending the incorrect one. If this had happened, I would have contacted Grant IMMEDIATELY to make sure that this would be okay.

josh you are a great guy and a great person to deal with and I know its not your fault. We're really mad at erebuni for being a company like that and not mentioning anything at all.

well i got the wriong piece to, just got here 5 mins. ago. so i called WW and they said that they have the one I want in stock, so I'll be calling them as soon as I get arranged for a pickup. But thanks josh for everything, your effort was very much appreciated. I know it was not your fault.

Yeah, we're not mad at you Josh I want to make sure you understand that. I know you don't have all these kits in your basement and then ship them out when someone buys one.
I've purchased from you several times and have been extremely happy with each and every transaction and I love all the help you would give me when I was trying to decide what to buy.

Yah i'm sure Josh is a straight up guy and a fine businessman but it still doenst help the fact that now I'm back at square one. I mean the point is, and the majority of you have said it, the xenon looks better, but if unless i get the one i really want, i'll end up regreting it. But i really have no choice if it's just not made anymore. I'm seriously concidering just keeping it now... but idk. I'm depressed. I think i need to go play with Ebay and buy another dub city to get my mond off this whole thing. :(
