I recently got some gauges and i was wondering on the air/ fuel ratio gauge do i splice into the signal on the o2 sensor. and if so which sensor do i splice into. Can anyone help me with this problem.

It should show in the directions, but in case it doesn't try this-

I forget the coloring of the wires, but you need to hook it up to the wire going to the PCM. A simple look in a schematic book will tell you. There should be 4 wires coming from your O2 sensor, 1 ground, 2 heater wires, and the wire going to the PCM. I don't have my book handy or else I would look it up exactly for you-

and you need to hook it up to the 02 sensor that is pre-catalytic converter if i remember right.. its a pretty easy install just make sure you tie the wire up good.. mine got torn off several times by small little things in the road going under the car

Im adding one my self. So if anyone can get the right wire to tap into i would like to know as well.

To be honest unless you're buying one of the wide band O2 gauges, they are pretty much useless. They are cool to look at, but don't expect to learn much about what's going on a/f wise.

Bonus though is sometimes if the ground isn't the best you can use it as an EQ and watch the LED's bounce with the bass. lol

Just make sure you hook it up to a wide band 02. There's no real point to them otherwise.
