I am thinking about shaving my antenna while im getting my car ready for paint. How would I go about doing this? What kinda replacement should i get for an internal antenna or whatever? Should i even do this?

Over on LS1Tech, there is a guy selling a cool antenna kit for our cars. I think his name is BitViper or something like that. I'll check into it for you and get back.

Epic's is shaved. I opted to do it cause the LCD screen headunit uses an antenea that runs along each side of th einside of the windshield. I'm sure that can be done for yours.

I'd go power antenna. Something is always better than nothing :p

Pull your mast and see if you can live with the radio signal you get, if so hide one in the dash area, if not go power

hmm, i think ill just leave it the way it is until i get some extra money to get a power antenna
