They're not actually real HID bulbs,......but they do look a lot better than the stock headlights. If you click on the word Xenon-Charged and read what it say's, it states that they are the closest looking bulbs to real HID's than anything out there. They ARE, a high-wattage bulb,.....they're just not real HID bulbs.....not for that price. (Bulbs, housings and everything) It's still a very good deal though!

While I already did the whole upgrade to my stock housings, I ended up installing one of the bulbs, upside down in the housing. It just so happened to be the drivers side too,... so now because of the way the lenses are designed, it actually glares at the oncoming traffic. Yes, I already tried to remove it and do it over,...but I sealed it a little too well, and now it won't come off without breaking. SO,....to make a long story short, I'll be buying those Eurolights as well, just so I have a pair of housings that are inter-changable. I'll just add real HID bulbs to them later.:)

(Edited) I have a question: If anyone has already ordered this kit from them,.....do they require you to seal the bulbs in the housings with Silicone? I'm wondering if they are set up so that you can change the bulbs like the newer cars,....fast and easy!

I did their sealed beam conversion on my '94 and their Xenon-Charged bulbs on my '99 and I have been extremely happy with both of them. The light is white and bright instead of the stock yellow and dull. There's no way to discribe you, you really need to see them in person.

I bought a pair of Xenons last year, although I loved the look of them and they were very bright "white" light. They blew in about a month :(. And when I mean blew, they kind of exploded. The silver paint came off the top and they broke in the housing. That was fun to clean. So I switched to the Silverstars instead. Been going strong for six months now :).

If you want just brighter bulbs then go with some after-market bulbs and just RTV them in.

Did you know that if you touch a halogen bulb on the glass part they can explode, that might be what happened, somethin about the oil in your hands. Just somethin my dad told me when i was changin my moms the other day.

No I didn't touch them. I knew about that. Maybe they were touched at the factory or something. But from what I could tell is that they seem to have gotton soo hot that they melted the silver paint at the top and then I noticed that the metal area was "burnt" looking as well. I just chualked it up to it being a poor product. Have had no problems with my Silver Stars.
