Black Halo's

Ok I just finished talking to my body guy and after everything's said and done I'll have an extra $260 that I set aside for the hood but don't need because of the final cost. I was thinking about buying some black halo's but was wondering what everyone thought.
Oh and do I use the same bulbs as my stock headlights? I have a nice set of bulbs from eurolights.com that I really don't want to lose.

If the halo's don't work for you I call first dibs on your extra dough...it will help with my horsepower project I have going...

I like them. I think they would flow with your car very well. Go for it!

Well I'm having second thoughts now. There's a guy on the Milwaukee board (Crawlin Z) that does gear installs cheap so I'm thinking I might go with some 4.10's instead.

i say go for halos

I love my halos!! Got mine on ebay for about $200 with shipping.

They use the same bulbs as your stockers, but they come with bulbs already in. The halo light requires you to hook up yourself, but is not hard to do. Most people just wire they'ers into the foglights. I did. I would also recomend buying a different screw/bolt at Autozone. They factory one doesn't fit quite right, and I had to get new ones that did. I just brought my whole head light there and we tried different screws till we found one that works.

I don't know, it's either Halo's with money left over or 4.10's.

Oh and I just counted the cash, I have over $300 left over not the $260 I thought.

blue89vert 02-23-2006 07:21 PM

how about you get me a new rear end

69z-28 02-23-2006 08:54 PM

chad, you have those drag radials, 320 RWHP and you want 4.10s. save up for a 12 bolt after you get Halos.lol

I plan on going to the track only once a year or so I don't expect to much.

I dont think you can get 4.10's, install kit, and installation for $300.. thats how much my 3.73's and install kit were alone..

I talked to the guy installing them, he has everything that comes with the install kit so all I need is the gears.
