Clear coat peeling, can I just sand it off and reclear or will I????
 

Have to repaint the whole car. The base looks decent for me, no show job, but that clear is peeling away and looks like crap on black z. I need to do this as cheap as possible. I have shop access and gun access with top feed, and can buy the clear, but I'm no body guy and don't know the cheapest and best way to remove the factory clear. Any tips are appreciated!

repaint it, the clear is peeling due to poor base. I use aircraft stripper, all that old paint needs to come off or any new paint will do the same as that clear
